SEDG was established in 2000 as a result of the acquisition of an engineering practice from Pate Engineers. The hallmark of the firm was the utilization of construction components to benefit the overall structure. We realized that in load-bearing structures, there is an abundance of walls, and orienting these members in a certain way can reduce the overall structural costs of a project.
